
Our Lit Camps combine books, games, music, movement, creativity, and hands-on learning to make reading exciting. Every camp is designed to help children build confidence, strengthen literacy skills, discover new interests, and have fun while learning.


Each of our Lit Camps is a unique adventure in reading, creativity, and fun. From playful early-literacy sessions to book battles and mobile adventures, there’s a camp for every reader to grow, explore, and fall in love with stories. Stay tuned for new Lit Camps.

Books & Basketball
Books & Basketball combines literacy, mentorship, teamwork, movement, and basketball in one high-energy camp experience.
Campers read an engaging sports-themed book, participate in group discussions and literacy challenges, and build their basketball skills through drills, games, and team-building activities.

Money Moves Lit Camp
Money Moves Lit Camp introduces children to financial literacy through stories, games, real-world simulations, and We Lit Academy’s Lit Bucks system.
Campers learn the basics of saving, spending, budgeting, goal-setting, entrepreneurship, and making smart money choices in a fun and age-appropriate way.

The Money Ball Challenge

From shooting hoops to learning about the financial successes and struggles of legendary players, this workshop is a slam dunk in teaching kids how to manage money like a pro. DJ Scratch Academy
DJ Scratch Academy introduces children to DJing, music, rhythm, performance, and creative expression.
Campers learn basic DJ skills while exploring how music, storytelling, reading, and writing work together. Activities may include beat matching, lyric writing, music-based literacy games, performance practice, and a final showcase.
Recommended ages: 9–15

These mini-camps give children quick bursts of meaningful learning without requiring a long-term commitment. Pop-Up Lit Camps may be offered for one day, a weekend, or a limited series.
